Meet Mr. Rogers, our graduate M.O. Chilean student, who has spent over five years living in Australia, mastering professional English and exploring the world with confidence and curiosity.
Today, he shared a breathtaking video—himself floating above crystal‑clear waters while sharks glided beneath. The footage was so surreal that Mr. Joshua immediately reached out, convinced it had to be AI or straight out of Avatar.
But the truth was even more inspiring: it was 100% real, captured by Mr. Rogers himself using his drone.
What is the name of this magical location? Mafushi, Maldives.
A base island where each day begins a new adventure—traveling far by fast boat to untouched reefs, diving and snorkeling responsibly, respecting marine life, and preserving the underwater world.
Traveling alongside his partner and best friend, Mr. Rogers experienced unforgettable moments:
Swimming with sharks through scuba diving and snorkeling
Long days on the water—10 to 12 hours reaching remote reefs
Rare encounters with whales, seen twice despite their incredible speed
As he shared:
“It’s not easy. You swim hard, you’re exhausted—but I got the photo and the chance to see them. Such an opportunity.”
Above all, gratitude defines his journey—gratitude for life, learning, and the doors that English opened worldwide.
And yes… Mr. Joshua is still amazed.
