Are you aware of the power of meditation and connecting with your higher self for divine healing, connection, and energy?
Yesterday, Mr. Joshua woke up at 5:00 A.M. to go to the gym and to do his weekly physically intense workout.
However, the exquisiteness of autumn and winter has arrived in Chile in this time frame.
Mr. Joshua went to the gym in good condition, and when he returned home, he began to feel a slight sore throat. As the hours passed, the sore throat worsened.
When Mr. Joshua finished all his work of the day, he drank a healthy drink named "Tapsin de Noche".
The next day, which is today, he woke up even worse, with a strong, annoying sensation in his throat.
As he concocted his morning, every day, Mr. Joshua meditates; he has been meditating for more than 9 years, and can you guess what ensued?
Mr. Joshua started meditating while he was in the same condition of an annoying, strong sore throat —he usually meditates for 40 minutes, but today it lasted 54 minutes.
Why?
During Mr. Joshua's meditation, he could connect with his higher self and the divine connection that is within all of us by focusing and concentrating on the breath, by following the breath's patterns-- Mr. Joshua was able to circulate universal energy through his body.
The universal energy is also called "Qi-energy" or "Divine-Energy".
He also said to himself, while this powerful energy was circulating in his body: "I am healthy, I am healthy, I am healthy, and strong!" and concentrated on the energy to move through the sore throat.
After 54 minutes of morning meditation, he finished and consciously reconnected to the physical world. Do you know what ensued?
All his physical symptoms were gone. In only 54 minutes of mindfulness meditation, connecting with the higher self for divine healing, connection, and energy.
With this in mind, this is the power of discipline meditation.
Mr. Joshua shares his testimony to inspire those who seek to learn how to meditate, connect, and transform spiritually.
There are great benefits to meditating every day with discipline.
“Look within. Within is the fountain of good, and it will ever bubble up, if you will ever dig.”
